VoIP software for a LAN?

Do any of you guys know of any VoIP software I could use for a LAN?

If you want something that runs on each users PC, then your might have a look at Microsoft Portrait

Does the LAN have internet access? If so, if it allows MSN messenger, then you could always use that for voice over IP given that the people are on the same LAN etc.
