Thinking of ditching my note 4 and getting a tab 4 with data plan and using Google hangouts as my voice line. I have success with outgoing,but issues with incoming. Thoughts, anyone done this?

After using google hangouts (both incoming and outgoing), I don't think its ready to be a true line replacement (quality/stability isn't there yet)

You could always get a cheap phone line as a backup (mvnos like h2o wireless, lycamobile comes into mind- ~$0.05/min)

Hangouts Dialer recently updated to make it so your number shows up when you call people.

I think you still need to up Google Voice to fully utilize Hangouts Dialer.
