My company uses Covad has thier VOIP carrier and we've had outages all year long, it takes 6 calls to get a hold of someone who can help, and thier dashboard software is buggy as hell, not to mention I get 500 bad request errors from it all the time, it's rediculous. Can anyone here recommend me a good, RELIABLE carrier? We use Sylantro equipment here btw so we need to find a carrier that supports it.
