I just notice the following on my VOIP account

Must be a new thing. I unplugged the box to clean the desk and didnt even realize that i was cut off from making outgoing calls.

Seems Dumb. AT&T never told me about such thing.

I got their letters about making sure my address was updated or at a certain date they would suspend my account. I went ahead and updated that information as soon as i got the letter. Of course that never happen and the FCC let VOIP companies get more time for people to respond.

But never on the letter did i read that if my phone lost power would that happen.
