voice recognition software

I am planning to do an interview for one of my classes on a digital sound recorder. I was wondering, if I played it back, how well would Dragon Naturally Speaking recognize what is said, or any other program like it for that matter? The interview has to be 45 minutes long so it's going to be pretty long written up so using software to write it for me would be a big help. Dragon is the only software that I am familiar with, but any other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've used Dragon Naturally Speaking before and one must speak slowly and deliberately, almost in a monotone voice in order to limit errors.

I doubt if the software could accurately dictate your interview as I'm sure you don't want to sound like a robot in front of your class, which would be neccessary for the voice recognition software to do anything with it.

Would have been cool though.
