VNI 2015 Authentication Error on Linux 7.2

I encounter a VNI 2015 when sending a job thru concole form a Win2000. But I am quite sure that i have set all the preferred credentials correctly. The database (oracle 8.1.7) is running on Linux Redhat 7.2.

Can anyone help me with this.
