VNF4 Ultra Zenith VE - Dual Channel Problem

I currently have a problem that after I inserted the second Corsair CMS3200 DDR400 512MB in to the second slot, when booted up it shown "DDR200 2T Dual Channel" Before that it used to show DDR400 1T Single Channel. Is the speed supposed to reduce by half when inserting the second module? Do i have to do anything with the mainboard?

Using V.4 BIOS

V4 BIOS defaults to 2T but can be set to 1T:

Frequency Control/DRAM Configuration/User Configuration 2T to 1T

Memory must be in identical color sockets.

If I set to 1T, will the speed increase from DDR200 to DDR400?
Yah.. i inserted to DIMM1 and 2, same color

I changed it to 1T already,
how can i set it to DDR400?
