VNF4 Ultra voltages

Hi.. Mostly a lurker here but I noticed something strange with my Chaintech VNF4 ultra.

Anyone else with this board notice that there seems to be a "hole" in regards to the voltages? From 1.4 to 1.45 I can adjust, but between 1.475 and 1.55 my bios still reports 1.45v. It doesn't change from 1.45 till I set it to 1.6. Running the latest 2-03 beta bios, and my 3000+ winnne runs totally stable at 250 fsb, ht4. Kinda hoping I could run a little faster but I didn't wanna push it past 1.5v just to be safe. Any workaround?

i hear you. I'm absolutely stuck at 283MHz FSB. I know it's not my memory or heat or anything like that, the chip just needs more juice, and I'm willing to go up to maybe 1.5V, but no way am i taking it to 1.6 just to get a few extra MHz - I'm on stock cooling, after all!

Has anyone else been ignored by chaintech's tech support lately? I emailed them cause my 1T timings don't work, and I was asking if I needed a new board or bios update or what, and they haven't said a thing. It's starting to piss me off, cause I wanna throw a Zalman northbridge cooler on there, but I don't want to void the warranty until I'm sure I have a 100% working board.

Majorpayne, you said that you are at 250fsb stable at 4x ht. I am also running 250 and 4x on my 3500+ newcastle. im having problems when i start the computer though, half the time it wont post and i have to hit the reset button a few times. It is prime 95 stable and memtest 86 stable in windows. it seems to like 240 as it posts every time, but 250 it does not like too much. I have tried all the bios and now im trying the new 3/15 bios. i have tried upping voltages but it does not seem to help either. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks.
