VNF4 Ultra latest bios and voltages

Tried to dl this from Chaintech but get a bin file instead of the exe and am not sure if this is how its supposed to be. The previous bios really helped the board to OC very high and I'm hoping to get a good OC with the newest one. Alsom what kind of Vcore is needed to get this mobo to at least 250 HTT? Going to be running a newer 3000+ Winnie as my cpu. Thanks.

Bumping for a reply. Nobody is using the new BIOS? Has to be somebody who has tried them.

I have bios 3.0. I used winflash(I think that's its name) with the bin file. V 3.0 has cpu fan speed controller enabled. Go here, http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=373815, and read the third post down. It's a little long, but read it.
