VNF3-250 Cold boot problems

Stupidly, I messed with something that was working and I can't seem to get it back to the way it was. I had everything fine running at 9x250mhz HTT 1:1 and now for some weird reason I can't get it to cold boot anymore. It does those two long beeps then resets with default settings. If you reset after this however, it boots fine and works perfectly. Has anyone found a work around or a better bios than the newest to use? Thanks.

2 long beeps? I think I got it when I put my RAM in slot 1&3. Then when I switched to slot 1&2 it went thru ok with the two long beeps. I think I found a web site that documents Award BIOS beep meanings and it found about it's a RAM issue. I know for sure vnf3-250 has issue running 1T timings on RAM, so check your RAM and see if you can google that page on Award BIOS beep meanings.
