VNC viewer problems with PPC2003

If you visit this site and look at the screen shots of the program http://www.freewareppc.com/docs/vncviewerforpocketpc.shtml it shows a tool bar at the top of the screen where you can use keys and configure items. On my Axim X30 running ppc 2003, I dont get the bar at the top at all. Does anyone else have this problem?
