VNC Remote connections with firewalls!

I am trying to connect from work to home computers. Both sides have firewalls, I opened ports on home. How can I connect with firewalls on both ends now, arg!!

If you have a linux machine inside both firewalls, you could push VNC through an SSH tunnel. Check out the description on VNC's site.

This is how I connect from home to work. The only issue then is port 22 needs to be open on both linux machines. SSH is a much more common port to have open than VNC's port.
