VNC question about multiple connections

Our tech support group uses VNC to remotely connect to another PC at a different office. If someone is already connected via VNC, and another person tries to connect to the same remote PC, the first session is terminated.

Does anyone know of a way to avoid having the first session killed when a second person attempts to connect? These are running WinNT 4.0.

I believe you can set the first connection shared, then the second one will connect but the first will still have control. Sort of a conference call type thing.
