VMWare, XenServer, or Microsoft HyperV (poll)...

Which one do you prefer?

ESX because it offers the most advanced management suite, is the most efficient, has the most features and allows for oversubscription.

This.

Although I have run Hyper-V in instances where I've needed a quick and dirty hypervisor and the hardware wasn't on compatible with ESX.

Totally agree with the ESX post.

Although I do use HyperV as well and it seems to be pretty good so far.

I'd probably use both ESX and Hyper-V. The "problem" is that many of my clients won't have ESX-certified servers and I wouldn't dare use non-certified hardware for a client.
