VMWare Workstation clock loses time

I'm running VMWare on Windows XP. If I leave it running, the emulated OS's clock slowly drags behind.

ie. At 3:30pm today, I sync'd the VMWare clock to the host computer's clock. It is now 6:20, and the VMWare OS shows 6:15...
