I have to say I am very impressed. I had so many issues with virtualbox mounting my external drives, etc. Installed vmware player, put Fedora on it, blew it out to full screen, mounted up my external drives, etc. Thoroughly impressed.

I've been meaning to try it to see if I can get away from my XP/Vista dual boot. The only reason I have XP is to use my scanner every couple months or so. It would be nice to ditch it altogether. VirtualBox won't see my scanner, but I haven't tried it in awhile either.

All of my printers work now, and its also full screen on a 1920x1080 panel....

Man, there are better ways! Spend $15 or so on a new USB scanner (FS/FT!!!) or pick up win7 and get xpmode. Save you a ton of headache, IMO.

Oh, I know. I have an HP all-in-one boxed up from 2 xmas sale seasons ago in the closet :^D I'm trying to use up the ink I've hoarded for my Canon printer before I take it offline, and I don't print much either :^D It's just stubbornness. As little as I scan, I figure it's better to reboot than take a loss on the ink I have :^)
