VMware isolated network

Was not sure wether I should post this in software since it's a VMware specific question, or here, since it's also a networking issue, but figured here may be the best.

I have 4 VMware machines that I'd like to put on an isolated VMware network. I want them completly isolated, as if they were on a switch that is not connected to anything else. I tried NAT which isin't exactly what I need, but it acts up really weird, the machines keep saying there's a duplicate name on the network even though there's not... not sure if it's related or not but they all started doing that once I added them all the NAT.
