VMWare How to?

I want to learn Win Server 2003, a lot of people recommend using VMWare.
I have downloaded thier VMWare player, now how do I make virtual machines?

You need VMware server to create virtual machines. VMware player can only run them.

you can create them using http://www.easyvmx.com/

you'll still need the winserver2003 CD/ISO of course
