Vmware GSX 2.0 network problems

Hello guys/girls. Has anybody seen where my guest OS can get an ip from the DCHP server, but when i try pinging outside server it times out. The host OS (win2kserver) can ping the Guest OS, and my Guest OS (Win2kserver) can ping the Host OS. When i use NAT, the Guest OS can ping outside servers just find, but the system receives and non routable ip of 192.168.25.36, which i can't get to from the regular network. GSX server is very similar to Vmware Workstation, maybe somebody has seen this on that product. I tried assigning static ip to the Guest os, no luck
