The new 3.0 beta of VMWare is a big improvement.

the new built in NAT feature makes using it on systems with wireless network cards totally painless.
it also supports larger virtual disks (up to 128 gigs)
and you can set up virtual network switches between multiple VMs.
also supports winXP on both host and guest.
