VMs and time synchronization?

So I wanted to make sure of this but the best practice is to uncheck the time synchronization integration service for all of your VMs in a domain environment - is that right?
 
Windows will automatically sync with it's Domain controller, so it seems logical to disable the VM based time sync. I don't know if it's a best practice, but it does seem like it would be 🙂.
