VM in Product Number

Hi Their

I am looking at ASUS motherboards and confuesed between these two boards
ASUS M2N DH

and
ASUS M2N-VM DH
http://www.overclock.co.uk/product.php?productid=11269174&cat=723&view=spc

while going through specification, I can figure 1 is having on-board VGA and other not (May be not correct)

BTW what is VM stands for in Product Number??

Any Asus motherboard model ending in -VM means it has onboard video (V) and is micro ATX (M).
