SUppose i have a video file with sound on my computer and want to record it to a VHS tape, is it possible to record it to the VHS tape with sound? Because ihave Video Out on my Sigma Designs Hollywood Plus MPEG card but theres not audio output.

ANd for Video In, can i record TV shows with sound into my computer?
 
The sound needs to be brought in and out through your sound card.

You'll have to have the right cable though. One with a stereo plug on one end and right and left RCA connectors on the other.
