VIVO Video card recommendation

I'm looking for a new video card to replace my GF4Ti4200 (non-vivo). I have three basic requirements

1) The card should have Video In. Dual outputs would be nice, but not necessary
2) I would like the card to be able to play Half-Life 2, when it comes out... It doesn't have to look great (i.e. could run DirectX 8 lines) but should be playable (30fps minimum)
3) I can't afford to spend more than about $150 or $200 (absolute max, and even that's probably too much).

I'd be willing to forsake the HL2 if there's a card for which the price is right, but I still do a fair amount of gaming... Warcraft III, Unreal Tournament, etc so a GF4 MX really just won't cut it.

Also, I don't need a TV tuner, just video in.

Thanks.

MSI 5900XT w/VIVO ($184 @ NewEgg) seems nice for the price. You'll probably be playing HL2 in "DX8.5 mode," but it should be decently fast (per Anand's HL2 article numbers).
