VIVO - How do I use it?

Okay so this card of mine has VIVO and I'm interested in hooking up a VCR to my PC to watch some of my old VHS tapes. How do I go about it? I assume I plug the VCR plugs into the video dongle that came with the card, but what software should I use to view what's playing? Will it play through Media Player or what?
 
Bah I tried installing the WDM drivers and got an error (Code 10) at the end of the driver install. Tried a few different things to gt it working but wound up giving up and just plugged the VCR into my old crappy TV tuner card, works perfectly.
