Viva Pinata $13 / Gears of War $35

I saw this on CAG this morning and thought about posting it. You're much more considerate than me. 😛

Anyway, here's my universal endorsement of Viva Pinata: It's worth WAY more than $13 shipped. I got a good 45 hours out of it and the only reason I stopped was because the achievements ran out. I suppose I would have liked more long-term goals, but 45 hours out of a game is pretty darn good for $13.

My only complaint with Viva Pinata is that playing with the Pinata Island Wikipedia guide is almost required. 🙂

I played Viva Pinata for about 2 hours, then all my pinatas started killing each other, and I had no money to build them houses, and it just started building into a huge mess, so I stopped playing. Fortunately I didn't buy it, only borrowed it from a friend.

Heh. I had the same problem with my first garden. I then started reading PinataIsland.info and found out how to make money properly.

Did you start setting your Taffly on fire?

I broke down and bought the strategy guide off ebay.

LMAO no. I started out watering my Pinatas and whacking them with the shovel because my son was laughing hard at their reactions. 🙂

they seem to want me to pay before sending me to the final order review page, they just lost a sale i guess. sucks to live in hawaii and be paranoid about shipping.
