You can tell that was made by someone who's probably no older than their mid-20s... wildly optimistic and a whole lot of blanks left unfilled!

Exactly. You have to like their determination to make the world a better place, but they're probably missing a few dozen steps (including "how to make the Green Party a viable contender for the presidency").
