Viurs need help...

I have AVG running and it constantly tells me I have a virus, type is win32/Hantaner. It is found in my System Volume Information\_restore\....\A0122994.exe. The problem is it finds it by scanning my computer, but when I go and run AVG For Windows it will not find it, and I cannot get into this folder to delete the file. What can I do. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but if it is please let me know where it should go. Thanks in advance for any help.
