I have a variety of vitamins and other pills (fish oil, magnesium, etc) that I take sometimes..
On average I probably take each pill about 2-3 times a week, but not on any sort of regular schedule.
Is this bad in any way? I assume that taking them sometimes is better than never taking them, but I am I hurting myself by not taking them consistently?
