What do you recommend? Any brands better than others?

I started taking One A Day Men's Health formula about a month ago since my dad was able to pick them up really cheap at work. I am going to start the Energy formula ones tomorrow on top of the Men's Health formula ones.

I use GNC Megamans. I also take glucosamine, fish oil, and CLA if I'm working out. I prefer to stay away from the name brands (centrum etc.) because I've heard that you really don't get that much benefit from them.

Yet another useless post by Dingleberries... bravo...

i just bought some kids chewables.

i loathe taking vitamins, and now it won't be a problem. 🙂

i didn't realize it but the daily requirements on the bottles for kids over 4 are basically the same as for adults.

I take a Trader Joe's multivitamin (A, B, whatever else under the rainbow), as well as fish oil (Omega 3) and glucosamine/chondritin. 😛

With a balanced diet you shouldn't need vitamins.

True, but very few eat a balanced diet. I know I don't.

I take the Walmart Generic Multivitamins, Flax Oil, and Vitamin E.
