Visual Style problems

I have problems with visual styles in XP.. i'm using style XP and loaded a visual style, customize it to the way I want and its all fine.. but when I reboot all the taskbars and other things change back to the windows classic.. I dont know what it could be.. anyone have any ideas?

there is a program that runs on startup when you install stylexp... if you kill it using msconfig or whatever the new style won't load upon reboot
