If you have an ID/Password already, please continue to use it. If you
haven't yet received your ID/Password, please email vsbeta@microsoft.com for
assistance.

Well I don't have a username and password yet so i fired off an Email, still no response several days later, and no package in the mail. What should I be expecting in the days to come?
