Visual studio 2005 express?

I visited the MSDN site earlier today and noticed beta 2 of Visual Studio 2005 express is available to the public. From what I've read I gather this is a new product designed primarily for casual programmers.

I'm wondering if anyone knows rather or not Microsoft is planning to continue making this express version freely available after RTM?
