Visual crap on screen.

I have an MSI Starforce 815 PRO 64MB GF2 PRO. I just had to reinstall windows, and now I have tied the 11.00 and 12.00 drivers, I have the latest GLSetup as well as the latest drivers for my monitor. Now after I play Tribes2 and exit I get this crap on my screen, I don't really know how to explain it. Here's a link (warning: large file, I haven't installed any graphics programs yet):

I had this before I had to reinstall windows, but I ran GLSetup and it just went away. Now it's back.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
