Visual basic autoraise window when using tweakui x-mouse

Hi!
I have been using tweakuis x-mouse setting ( auto activation of window ) for a long time and love it. But now I have been starting to use visual basic at work and whenever visual basics window gets activated it autoraises (i.e. put the window on top ) its window. Have anyone else seen this and been annoyed enough of it to find a solution, I have looked for switches in visual basic but found none. Have tried to search the net for solutions but can not think of any keywords to search for that gives any useful hits.
Anyone help!!!!!!
