Heard of those..

Notice how it was at an ATM near a bar... smart thinking on the crooks part. (much usage plus impaired users)

Wonder if you still get your withdrawal when using those.

yeah, I'm assuming the card reader triggers the sony digital camera to record (video mode) for about 30 seconds after the cards has been inserted
One way to defeat this would be to completely cover the pad with your other hand while entering in the information.

yeah, I'm pretty sure you do since it's just fitted over the original card reader.

I think you're okay if you go to ATMs that are at an actual bank (or in a supermarket). Ones that have camera attached should be safer. I think most crooks would attach these to ones at like say bars, convience stores, you know those really tiny looking ATMs.

On the other hand, if you happen to see any of these ATMs check if they have a skimmer attached! You might score some stuff like the guy did in the article.
