Is there any way to get rid of the screenshot thing that pops up when you Alt+Tab. This thing is slow and getting annoying. Thanks

I assume that you installed the ALT-TAB "enhancement" as part of the PowerToysXP group?

If so, run the PowerToys setup, and simply deselect/remove the ALT-TAB PowerToy.
 
well 2k has this also, without any enhancements .. i never used it really .. i suppose there might be a registry settings or something to hide the visual ..
