Any way to make it stop coming up for certain programs? I play Combat Arms and every time I launch it, I have to allow it to run. If I allow something once, shouldn't it allow it from then on out?
I hate being the cliche "search" guy but there are a number of UAC threads here and you'll know more than you ever wanted to know by perusing a couple of em. There's even a recent thread about Symantec's fortcoming UAC replacement which should provide something similar to what you're asking for.
This is not a good solution, but you could try reinstalling the game in the C:\ directory rather than "C:\Program Files" since new folders in the former directory are accessible to administrators without going through UAC. Unless the game tries to modify system wide files every time it is run (a sign of terrible programming), then you will only be prompted by UAC maybe the first one or two times you run the game.

I agree that this should be an option, though I can imagine that the counter-argument is that Vista wouldn't be able to know whether the program and its related files have been changed since the last time you said yes.
I heard once that you can do this with the right administrative tools, but you should definitely search for it.
