Vista's Speech Recognition

I've been toying around with Vista's Speech recognition, and surprisingly, it works great! I'm impressed, specially since it had gotten some bad press before release.

However, my version of Home Premium is in Spanish and so is the language speech pack installed; from what I gather, only Vista Ultimate allows changing the language of the speech recognition program. I also require it to recognize English and German (besides Spanish).

Is there any way of acquiring the language packs (legally of course) besides upgrading to Ultimate? Can they be purchased from Microsoft?
