Vistal + Dual monitors Problem

Hi hope you can help me. Just installed Vista Ultimate, all working fine installed some games and when I ran them the 2nd screen did this.

The other screen is working fine while this is happening. I went out and came back now the main monitor is doing while the 2nd one is displaying correctly.

Any help would be great.
