Vista64 on Low End Machine

What differences will I see between Vista32 and Vista64. I had Vista32 on here until some files got corrupted due to power outages. It was working fine tho, seemed to be running the same speed as XP. Just curious if 64-bit will slow down the machine? Oh yeah Im just testing it, as I get Business Edition free from MSDN.

EDIT: Another question; has the video playback problems in Vista ever been fixed?

You don't have enough memory to run V64, it would be slower on that config (the code pages are twice the size so everything loaded into memory will take more space, space that with only 512meg you dont have to spare)

What video playback problems?
