Vista64 Mouse Issues

I installed vista64 last night and have noticed mouse issues ever since. It was so slow that I installed the Setpoint drivers, which allowed me to fix things a bit. Since then, however, I have been unable to use my middle mouse button in firefox to open new links or close old tabs. Sometimes it will work if I doubleclick with the middle mouse button, but not always.

Has anybody seen this before or know of a solution?
 
Nevermind, I uninstalled setpoint (by force through safe mode, since it wouldn't work normally) and all is well.
