The free beta runs great... use it...
LoL!

Kudos to MS!!!

It's working... 😀

BTW, in case you guys haven't put it all together yet...

Bwahahahaha! Talk about living in a vacuum...

EDIT

For the Rip Van Winkle types...

http://www.mojaveexperiment.com/

I reported on this some time ago, but nobody ever saw a screenshot of "Mojave" aka "Windows 7" except the guinea pigs!

The only reason MS is waiting a year to release Mojave - I mean Windows 7 - is so they can get the 'touch screens' working throughout the entire operating system - that's all...

Heh! Why do I have to explain this stuff to everybody?!?!?

Hahahaha yup. This is exactly what MS is doing, and it's working, even with the pc enthusiast crowd. It still surprises me to some extent that people who claim to be pc enthusiasts still have trouble getting Vista to run right. It seems to me that the more likely situation is they just bash it without using it because that's still the cool thing.

7 is coming out too soon...
'7' is supposedly coming out in January 2010 (historically with delays) the last I heard...

There's NO way I'd wait until the first-quarter of 2010 for a stripped down, optimized version of Vista when you can get a full version of Vista x64 for under 100 bones today!

But, that's just me... 😀

well, for me i already drank the kool-aid and running ultimate 64. i dont feel like shelling out cash for my sister's PC for vista when i know i'm gonna have to do it again in less than a year. lol
