Opening Windows Explorer and navigating to a particular folder and file is painfully slow. It takes at least 2 minutes. I'm going nuts watching the progress bar sloooooowly moving across the top of the window. Why does Explorer even need a progress bar??? Even opening the control panel can take over a minute. Other than this anomaly with Explorer, the computer runs normally.
