Vista x64 taskbar won't auto-hide...

I've never had this problem until just recently. The taskbar in will not auto hide anymore. It says it's in autohide but won't go back. It just stays on top of all the other windows.

Any ideas? The last change I made was 2 months ago when I swapped gpu's but that's it.

I've had this problem off and on since at least Win2K. All you can do is kill Explorer and restart it. Explorer is convinced that it can't hide the taskbar because it needs to show a notification balloon, and nothing will change its mind. I'm assuming you haven't done that and/or rebooted, I've never seen this problem persist after that.
