I downloaded Vista x64 and the MD5 Checksum is wrong but the CRC value is correct (based on what I've seen on other sites) does this mean that my copy is good or bad???
 
Yes.

One or the other.

Run it & admire the beautiful BSOD.

Vista like to use the BSOD as a screensaver (or so it seems)
 
The MD5 is a more complex calculation than the CRC and hence it's possible to have a valid CRC value while still being corrupt.
