Vista x64 driver for Creative Labs Muvo V100??

I just got a Muvo V100 1GB Mp3 player and when I hook it up to my Vista x64 machine it claims it doesn't have a driver for it. I didn't see any drivers on Creative Labs site for it, just a firmware update. I tried downloading and installing that update but it just says it can't find a device. Does anyone know where I can find a driver for this device?

Like I said, it needs a driver.

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element."

Searching for a driver doesn't provide a driver.

As far as I know, the Muvo simply operates as USB mass storage device. It should work with the latest firmware as Creative claims.

I agree,I have a couple of different MP3/MP4 players and all get detected as USB mass storage device with my Vista x64,even my LG mobile phone too.

Like I said, I tried installing the latest firmware and it just claims that it cannot find a device to update. I do have an XP setup too, so I can try installing the update in XP and then maybe it will work in Vista.

That's a good idea, you should do that.
