I am gonning to be getting a new rig near christmas and I was wondering if MS Vista would be a whise investment?
 
wont know until it comes out. it could be extremely unstable like windows 98 was. i think it would be wise if your gonna get a rig then if and i do mean if vista is stable like windows xp is.i have no idea what the prices is gonna be for that os either.
 
vista wont be relled until end of next year, and beta builds arent really suited for everyday computing I think (haven't tested them myself, so they might be a bit better than I lead you to believe, but it won't beat XP at this point I figure)
