Vista wont standby

For some reason whenever i try to put my computer in standby it will shut down for a millisecond and then turn back on. Like it seems like something wakes it AS soon as it enters standby. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What is your hardware? I have the same issue on my Gigabyte DS3.
Wifes ASUS S939 Nforce 4 board works perfect.
