Vista won't let me uninstall program?

Ok, so I'm trying to uninstall one of my games: Silent Hunter IV to be precise.

Anyway, it shows up in the Programs and Features box, but when clicking to uninstall it, I get a message pop up from Vista saying:

"An error occured while trying to uninstall Silent Hunter IV. It may already have been uninstalled. Would you like to remove SH4 from the program and features list? (Yes/NO)"



Obviously, it's NOT uninstalled since I can still start it up and play it just fine. So what gives?

Are there any free 3rd party programs that would let me uninstall this program? This is kind of absurd...
